Didn't these have another comeback around 98-99? I remember seeing them in the fashion magazines, but I don't think anyone in school wore them. Now they're everywhere.

I had a couple of pairs of these in the early 90's. They came with two options for bows: a shoe-lace style string or a tulle ribbon. You would tie a bow with either one through a little loop on top of the shoe. They were so cute. Great with a skirt of with jeans.

Yeah I had a few pairs of these flats back when I was about 5 to 8 years old. They were very cute with the little bow on the toe lol!

I remember them when I was 9 in 1989 they were so cute to me! I remember them being a thinner pliable leather and having a small wooden flat heel.
