I freakin loved Bonkers growing up, I got them everytime we went to the grocery store, they dont make great candy like that anymore

Bonkers were an 80s candy, not 90s.

Correct, Tommy. I absolutely loved these growing up in the 80's. They were discontinued in '88 or '89 I believe.

I'm pretty sure Bonkers may have made it to 90s. They became really rare when the commercials stopped running which was in the late 80s and they only appeared in random convenience stores and novelty candy shops mostly. In any event, i read they're back -- Though i haven't seen any yet...
