You Could Get Them At Kiasks In The Malls. Freeze Dried Ice Cream Pellets. They Were So Good! I Believe They Were Made With Or Kept In Dried Ice, They Kinda "smoked" Also When You Ate Them They Would Stick To Your Lips And You Had To Wait For Them To Melt, If You Pulled Them Off It Would Rip Off Your Skin! The Only Place I Have Been Able To Find Them Semi Recently Was At Ceder Point. They Came In Flavors Like Chocolate, Chocolate Mint, Strawberry Cheesecake, And Banana Split. I Miss Them!

I can find these at the malls in Houston. The best is cookies and cream still.
McDonalds was selling them for a couple years in Bellingham, WA. Last I left town, last year, they were still selling them. COokies and Cream and Banana split, and Chocolate chip mint.
I found them at Cedar Point. Baseball games usually have them. I love banana split! I always love when you get them fresh because when you breath out, you can see a little puff of smoke (I don't know how to explain it) They make a generic kind...they aren't as good.
All theme parks and some malls sell them
Banana Split is the best
