I have never seen an ad for it, as their gimmick is no advertising. Has spread fairly quickly by word of mouth. Lots of skaters drink it apparently. It IS soda, but comes in about 10 different flavors. Each bottle has a picture on it that was sent in by someone. Under the bottle cap there's a fortune cookie-ish message.

I absolutely love the Jones soda brand. A couple of years ago, I bought one of their gift sets at Target themed with pie flavors like cherry and blueberry. I was even more stunned at seeing a Thanksgiving-themed box with a turkey flavored soda, LOL.
They used to have a flavor called "cotton candy." It was pink. It was THE BEST!! The cream soda is also amazing.
