Description
They were the inside of lifesavers, little bits of hard candy that came in a plastic flip container. Came in peppermint and butterscotch, disappeared in the mid 90's.

I loved those. Do lifesavers even exist anymore? Hard candies aren't too popular anymore.

To answer your question Slick, yes, Lifesavers still exist. Holes don't exist anymore, though. Part of the reason that one doesn't hear of Lifesavers much anymore is because Wrigley (their parent company) decided to dump the classic commercials with the reggae-sounding vocals.

They also had fruit flavors as well. I miss these candies. Really really good.
