A horrible burger made by McDonalds to appease the health-nut commmunity. It received a lot of advance publicity, and died a quick, painful death, ignored by everyone with functional taste buds.

I didn't really care for this burger... For starters, McDonald's did admit up front the patties weren't 100% pure beef, that they added fillers, and I got turned off by them one time, I got one, the lettuce was wilted.
