Mr.Big is a classic Canadian bar made by Cadbury, that has been around for years, and can still be found anywhere across Canada. It has all the ingredients you mentioned, plus a very sweet vanilla wafer cookie. I vaguely recall them slapping Shaq's name on it for awhile, back in the 90's.
