similar to the NutriGrain Minis of today, these were little mini Pop Tarts that came out around '95 or so. They were really good, but they stopped making them after a few years.

I was in love with these things! I was little and called them scooby snacks for some odd reason. They were delicious!

I loved pop tart mimis. why did they do away with them? all 3 flavors were great. I use to get them at Sam's. They were the BEST.

They are now selling Pop Tart Minis at practically every grocery chain and especially Wal-Mart and Target. They're like $4 a box for six and come in either Strawberry or Chocolate.

The new minis are called mini crisps though and don't have the filling in them. Huge disappointment.

I was really young when these came out and made the mistake of microwaving them...in the bag. They popped and sparked, so of course I stopped it. Ate one anyway--tasted like chewing on aluminium because of being microwaved. Every time I ate them after that, I still tasted that metallic disgusting flavor--brain wouldn't let me forget my mistake. I would love to give them a try now, 20+ years later and see what they really taste like!

Recently found Pop Tart "Bites" at Walmart in the strawberry flavor, and the brown sugar and cinnamon flavor. They aren't exactly the same, but they are really close.
