I beleive they were actually called tongue splashers, I remember getting a gallon sized paint can of these one year as a christmas present....so awesome.
Yep, not just were they called Tongue Splashers, but they can still be bought over here in Tampa, FL. You can find them here at sams clubs, walgreens, dollar stores, places like that.
