      Cry for the vets.
    • 8. Thorn In My Pride by The Black Crows
      What an incredible mix of styles in one song.
    • 7. Plush by Stone Temple Pilots
      Actually, just about anything off that cd deserves at least a mention.
    • 6. Sad But True by Metallica
      Makes a great anti-drug song.
    • 5. Breaking The Girl by Red Hot Chili Peppers

    • 3. Wishlist by Pearl Jam
      I know exactly how this guy feels.

      I want this played at my funeral. Sums it all up, doesn't it?

      Hendrix could have not done a better on the guitar rifts. Sounds almost like a tribute. One of the most moving songs ever written.

      Great song, and the video represents just how great Kurt was.

      Michael stipe's voice made this song what it is today: a classic
    • 6. Loser by Beck
      This song was labled as a slacker anthem, but it is more than that
    • 5. What Would You Say by Dave Matthews Band
      Not his most popular song, but there is just something about it that makes it so memerable
    • 4. Smells Like Teen Spirit by Nirvana
      Not many songs can change the face of rock and roll forever. this one did.
    • 3. Jeremy by Pearl Jam
      Eddie vedder does what he does best in writing this song. an extremely sad subject is discussed in this awesome song
    • 2. Under The Bridge by Red Hot Chili Peppers
      This song can best be classified as a "poetic masterpiece"
    • 1. Yellow Ledbetter by Pearl Jam
      Excellent rhythm and suprisingly soothing incoherent lyrics make this song not only the best in the 90s, but one of the greatest live songs of all time

    Although the music put out in the 90s wasn't as good as the 60s, it still was pretty nice
