      Come on, a group of white Irish Rappers making it big. And on a kickass song no less.

    • 6. No Rain by Blind Melon
      Everyone should have this song on the list. VH1 does.
    • 5. Standing Outside A Broken Telephone Booth by Primitive Radio Gods
      This song came out of nowhere, noone seems to know it.

      It's really hard to find a Cd where you like all the songs but this CD is probably one of the best. Lifehouse doesn't get enough credit for their stuff!

      not many people have heard of this band and I'm not 100% sure if they were around in the 1990s but they are fantastic. Million people is a song with lyrics that can probably be related to almost everyone. GREAT song

      I remember when I was about 13 I used to come home and listen to this song over and over again, its such a cute song..... ahhhh good memories

      the counting crows are another band that just do everything so well. Mr. jones is such a fun song..... lol all I can say is I love it

      One word can describe this song and that word is AWESOME!

      Its just such a fun song, yes it might take me the rest of my life to figure out the words but its worth it..... always puts me in a good mood!

      Dave matthews band would probable have to be the best bands around. Everything just fits together for them from the lyrics to the instruments. Everything they do just seems to be perfect. I also have to give credit for crash into me its just such a sweet song, they really know how to capture emotions.

      Its just such a great song, I would have to say probably one of feuls greatests songs. The lyrics are also very true..... Its just a great song!

      Not sure why theyre together, maybe its cuz I cant imagine them being off the list... or maybe the "green" and "lime" part... who knows.
    • 9. Ants Marching by Dave Mathews Band
      I also like their newer song "where are you going"
    • 8. Yellow Ledbetter / Only Wanna Be With You by Pearl Jam / Hootie And The Blowfish
      Most of you probly think pearl jam should be ranked higher, but im not really a huge fan... also add in "even flow" and "last kiss"... both bands have a similar syle and sound so I'm listin both at 8.
    • 7. The Freshman by The Verve Pipe
      I still remember listening to this at basketball camp like 7 or 8 years ago.
    • 6. Black Balloon by Goo Goo Dolls
      Also add in "iris".
    • 5. Push / Semi-charmed Life by Matchbox 20 / Third Eye Blind
      ...Again when I think of late 90's alternative rock... I think of both bands... you can also add in there "hows it gonna be" and "real world".
    • 4. Soul To Squeeze / Californication by Chili Peppers
      Probly my favorite rock band and easily one of the most unique... can't pick b/w the two songs... one helped to establish their career the other to top it off.
    • 3. Mo' Money Mo' Problems / Changes by Notorious B.i.g. / Tu-pac
      Ok I know that's two artists in one, but c'mon... when I think of rap of the 90's I think of both...R.I.P.
    • 2. Wonderwall by Oasis
      ...Along with "dont look back in anger" and "champagne supernova"
    • 1. Smells Like Teen Spirit by Nirvana
      Heart shaped box, smells like teen spirit, come as you are, rape me, lithium... you get the picture.

    I would also have liked to add u2 in there, metallica, guns n' roses, and blink... so they get honorable mention. this was tough and im not sure about the order but id have to stick with this list.
