A plastic ring with handles and a plastic ball that kids would use to do all kinds of tricks. Came out in the late 80's and early 90's along with other fads of this nature.

My kid brother had a Groove Tube and so did his friend. Supposedly if you were good enough you could flick your wrist and send the ball flying out of the tube toward another person with one, and they wouldcatch it and get it spinning again.
I still had mine a child probally in the attic or basement.
I think in the 90's they had groove tube now we all got "YOU"tube
I had mine but my brother pook holes in it and It broke. OMG I was so upset. I wish they had theses in stores
I wanted these But My mom thought there was some gooey stuff in it and it would get all over the place and make a mess
