She was this doll where you take this little sponge, dip it in warm water, and put it on her lips and ears and she would get lipstick and earrings! Also, if you kiss her cheek, she'd get a little purple heart on it.

I'm pretty certain I had this and liked it a lot.
i was obsessed with this doll. i also had the mermaid that had color changing hair and played music. her tail also got stripes on it. i wish i could find them!
It wasn't a Barbie, it was a full size doll and she was the coolest doll ever. I got one for Christmas when I was 3 and I used to make my mom take one out of the box every time we went to the store so I could give it a hug and a kiss until I got my own. I still have it and most of her accessories.
