I'm pretty certain I had this and liked it a lot.

i was obsessed with this doll. i also had the mermaid that had color changing hair and played music. her tail also got stripes on it. i wish i could find them!

It wasn't a Barbie, it was a full size doll and she was the coolest doll ever. I got one for Christmas when I was 3 and I used to make my mom take one out of the box every time we went to the store so I could give it a hug and a kiss until I got my own. I still have it and most of her accessories.

I wanted her so badly after seeing her in a catalogue when I was 7, cause I loved her cute purple polka dot skirt and I loved makeup. She was even better when I finally got her, and I loved how the skirt can be worn in different ways, including inside out, and same with the cute headband with the bow. I would feel sad whenever I took all her makeup off and was worried the heart wouldn't come back, but it did when I managed to get ice from the freezer for it. I recently had to throw her out cause she got all wet and stank for days :( But I enjoyed playing with her as a kid and the memories will always be there.

I got one of these form a cousin. I didn't want to play with it until my mommy cleaned it.I didn't want cooties! (Anyone remember the Jenny Gymnast doll?)

Yeah, my friend had Jenny Gymnast.
