Well, in my country pre-teen girls wore overalls in colours such as orange, yellow and red in 3-6th grade in the late 90s. Along with fishermen hats, they were considred as trendy. i hope that we'll see young girls in these pretty soon!

I remember in middle school it was against the dress code to wear overalls with just one strap. Something about gang affiliations... People used to sag their overalls, too, but I dont remember how they did it.

I used to wear them all the time i had little green and yellow short ones but in England we called them dungerees, i also had some denim ones when i got a bit older!

Oh my gosh hahaa i loved those!!! thats how i met my best friend in grade one cuz for what ever reason i couldnt get them done up! and to this day we are inseperable!

I was pretty young when these were popular and I remember I thought they were great but they were a pain in the butt when it was time to go to the bathroom because I wasn't always strong enuff to get some of those stubborn buckles undone. also, I tried to wear it with one strap and my mom would also re hook me thinking that it was an accident lol.

Overalls were cool & sexy in the 90's and they are still sexy today. Overalls and shortalls look so HOT on women! They are comfortable, fun to wear, sexy, and have a youthful/playful quality about them. Overalls are great for casual wear and are handy for work and play. They are unisexual and thus can be worn by both men & women! Honestly overalls are the most amazingly hot clothes you can wear and they are strong and last for years (in some families overalls are handed down form father-to-son or mother-to- daughter). Overalls are great because they are diffrent from the countless pairs of plain old regular jeans everyone else wears. The bib and straps can be covered with a sweater or t-shirt if you want to go for the "just-jeans-look." Overalls are great because they can be worn so many diffrent ways! I don't even own a pair of plain jeans just overalls, if I want to appear to be wearing jeans I simply throw a shirt over my bib. I LOVE overalls and am not at all shy about wearing them wearever and whenever I want. I think that their should be web sites devoted to overalls and people who love overalls and shortalls! Wear your overalls proudly!

I like to wear overalls but I hate the new style buckles. I started a "Wear Overalls To Work Day" at my job, I think others should try this. I also want to make a blog of movie stars and famous people in overalls for both men and women to enjoy. I think alot of the people who bad-mouth overalls really like them and just dont have the guts to wear them, in fact they probably wear overalls in secret. Dont let others make you afraid to wear your overalls, wear them if you want.

Who cares if they are in or not? Overalls/dungarees are such a cool piece of clothing. Agreed that some people can pull it off, and others can't. But those who love them, PLEASE KEEP WEARING THEM!!!! Especially you girls, you looks soooooooo hot in them!
