Yum Yums The Day Things Went Sour was a 30 minute special released on CBS, created by Hallmark Cards. There were 13 plush Yum Yums made that I know of. 6 main character Yum Yums named as follows: Peppymint Kitty, Jumpin JellyBean Bunny, Lucky Lemon Lion, Cheery Cherry Poodle, Chuckle Chip Bear, Goody Grape Mouse. 6 Party Yum Yums were made also: Merry Marshmello Bunny, Cotton Candy Poodle, Candy Apple Kitty, Gigglin Gumball Mouse, Jolly Lollypop Lion, Teddy Cakes Bear. Lastly there was one special Holiday Bear made Christmas Cookie Bear. Each of these Yum Yums had pictures of their sweets on their tummy, ears & feet. They also had a sweet scent on their face above their nose. I wish they would have made more cartoons, they were very cute!

I wish they still made these. My sis and I had Lucky Lemon Lion, Jumping Jellybean Bunny, and the grape mouse. I remember being older and thinking, what ever happened to them? My mom got rid of them somewhere along the way, but I miss them!

I still have my Jellybean bunny to this day. The glitter has long since worn from her nose (I got her when I was maybe 3 or 4...I'm 24 now) but she still has a very strong jellybean smell. I just had a daughter of my own that I plan to pass my bunny down to. Wish they still made these

Hey everyone, I live in Tokyo Japan, and Yum Yum's are actually available here! I found a store today that was selling the Yum Yum dolls (though smaller than the original versions), pens, stationary, towels, etc etc and everything had the scents. These were all brand new products so it seems Hallmark has licensed this property back out (everything had Hallmark tags) Leave it to Japan to resurrect something great!

I got my Yum Yums Bear when i was 3, 1989 in Upstate NY.... Somehow i remember the day me and my mom were at the store, I remember picking the white one first but my mom made me get the pink one... When i was about 6-7 I went to a birthday party in Mass and my mom forgot to put Yum Yums back in the suit case.... I had the Pink Gigglin Gumball Mouse.... On our way back home to RI my mom gasped and says to me "Omg we left Yum Yums!!!"but we were already half way home :( Then a few years later my cousin moved down to RI and i was playing in her room and found Yum Yums again :D I was soooo happy. As the years passed she was my best friend and I always kept her on my bed... And of course I always slept with her..... I made the biggest mistake by giving her to my daughter (who's never been attached to any toy in her little life) she brought it to my moms, left it there and my nephew took it to school and gave it to one of his girlfriends :( he's only 7..... I am now searching for my Yum Yums again.... I miss her Soooooo much!!!! Please wish me Luck!! Thanks!! And hello to all the other Yum Yums and Yum Yums owners in the world :)

I got Cherry Cherry Poodle for Christmas one year. My dad told me I could see one of my Christmas presents before my mom wrapped it. That is a special memory I will never forget. She has been through a lot but she still smells the same 20 something years later :-) My daughter now carries her around like I use to.

I had Jumpin' Jelly Bean Bunny as a kid. I always called him Jelly Bean Jumpin' Bean. Lol People keep calling two of the Yum Yums by the wrong name. The correct names are: CHEERY Cherry Poodle, and Cotton DANDY poodle. Their names contain adjectives. : ). Hope this clarifies!

OMG I had no idea where my bunny came from so ive been calling it candy the whole time. I've had it since I was 4 and I'm 22 now, he still has a slight sweet smell to him and his nose is hanging on loosely because of my stupid dog.

I got Peppermint Kitty when I was 3. Never knew it had an actual name. I have always just called it Yum Yum. Still have it. After 22 years most of the scent is gone and has moved to a block on the top of it's head.

I was trying to describe my Peppymint kitty to my friend the other day and she had no idea what I was talking about. When I found this site (and the ghost of the doll site that has more pictures) I was so pumped. Mine was named "Webbly" and he is still in a box in my parent's attic.

I still have my Yummy!! I just learned his real name is Cheery Cherry Poodle. I got him for my 4th birthday in 1989, I just turned 30 and I still sleep with him every night. My cleaning lady put him in the washing machine recently (he's been hand wash only for at least 10 years now) and it ripped his tummy. I decided last night to put him in my hope chest for safe keeping. My sister had given me a brand new Yummy about 5 years ago so I just took him out of the hope chest because even at 30 years old, I still need my Yummy. We'll see how I adjust to Yummy Jr. And amazingly both of my stuffed animals still have their scent. I love my Yummy Yum Yum and I'm so happy that eBay has them.
